      How Fuse works

      Current Process

      Each supplier or manufacturer creates product and pricing files in their format.

      The files are then emailed to merchants and retailers.

      The merchant or retailer then reformats the file, completes line-by-line checks, and uploads the files to their POS systems.

      Depending on the number or size of files, this can take hours or days, and requires specialist knowledge and experience.

      Utilizing Fuse

      Suppliers have a secure login where they can upload product and pricing data from their web browser. They have the option to upload either a full or partial catalogue, or carry out simple edits such as correct spelling errors, revise images or update a price.

      Merchants and retailers are notified as soon as updates are made.

      Authorised users gain access via a secure login. They can download data in CSV, XLS or via API in the layout they require for uploading to their ERP or POS.

      Fuse is template driven, so anyone in the team with user permissions can easily access data without the risk of making a mistake.
